Nike adult hat sizes

Nike sizes most caps in three ranges: S/M (52 to 57 cm), M/L (55 to 60 cm) and L/XL (58 to 63 cm). Adjustable caps such as the Heritage86 and Club are usually One Size, about 55 to 60 cm. Swoosh Flex caps use closer ranges: S/M 53 to 56 cm, M/L 56 to 59 cm and L/XL 59 to 62 cm. Bucket hats use the same ranges and sometimes add XS/S and XL/XXL.

Nike kids hat sizes

Nike kids caps are one size per age group: baby (47 to 50 cm), toddler (50 to 53 cm) and little kids (52 to 55 cm). Caps for older kids are one size and fit about 50 to 55 cm.

Nike beanies

Nike beanies are One Size and fit about 52 to 62 cm. Cuffed styles fit larger heads better than uncuffed ones.

Fit tips

  • Nike says to choose the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger for looser if you are on a boundary.
  • Dri-FIT caps do not shrink, so buy the size that fits from the start.

How to measure your head

  1. 1 Use a soft tape measure, or a string and a ruler.
  2. 2 Wrap it around your head where the hat will sit: about 1 cm (⅜ in) above your ears and across the middle of your forehead.
  3. 3 Keep the tape level and snug, not tight. Do not pull it in.
  4. 4 Read the number where the tape overlaps. Measure two or three times and use the largest value.
  5. 5 Type the number into the calculator, or find it in the chart.

What size is Nike M/L hat?

About 55 to 60 cm (21 ⅝ to 23 ⅝ in), which is fitted 6 ⅞ to 7 ½. On Swoosh Flex caps M/L is 56 to 59 cm.

What size is Nike L/XL hat?

About 58 to 63 cm (22 ⅞ to 24 ¾ in), or fitted 7 ¼ to 7 ⅞. On Swoosh Flex caps L/XL is 59 to 62 cm.

What size Nike hat for a 58 cm head?

M/L (55 to 60 cm), which fits snugly at 58 cm. L/XL starts at 58 cm if you prefer a looser fit. On Swoosh Flex caps, 58 cm is also M/L.
